Lidia’s digital marketing experience has evolved because of her passion for creating meaningful stories and online campaigns that spark curiosity and deliberate engagement. Her career started in PR and marketing many years ago. She studied at CPUT (Cape Peninsula University of Technology) obtaining her PR management diploma and has since then completed various digital marketing courses.

She’s worked with clients from numerous industries ranging from hospitality, IT, food and beverage, travel and tourism, financial, marketing, business services, retail and automotive to list a few. Lidia is motivated by how brands today have a greater impact due to the opportunities afforded by the world wide web. Not only is it highly dynamic and versatile, but it’s also measurable and allows for instant changes and testing to achieve ongoing innovation and improvement.

Lidia is a creative thinker and is motivated by innovative ideas and tapping into new resources for ongoing learning. Her areas of specialization consist of setting up highly targeted Google Ads (PPC) campaigns focusing on search, display, shopping, video, and mobile advertising as well as Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn online campaigns for generating brand awareness, reach and leads.

She’s also a digital copywriter and content strategist. Her strategy usually starts with the end in mind and she enjoys a proactive approach to any strategy that she proposes and executes.

She believes that humor and a keen imagination is key to delivering her best work. She’s very detail oriented, eager to always improve on a set approach and strives to drive improved results as campaigns progress.

Anschke is a born and bred South African with over ten years of marketing, business development, graphic design and branding experience. Her track record demonstrates proven success in leading the development of marketing communication and digital marketing strategies to meet the business goals of start-ups and top brands across different sectors.

Her strengths consist of combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of digital tools (social media, graphic design, and web development) to drive brand and digital objectives.

Anschke has been applauded by clients for devising winning marketing solutions to promote products and enhance brand awareness showing bottom-line success in developing integrated marketing plans and guiding the execution of digital campaigns. Vincent was born in Paarl, Cape Town, South Africa. He has over 18 years in the IT industry filling various positions from development to management

Vincent started his IT career as a hardware & network administrator and soon realized his passion for development and management alike. For this reason, he swiftly moved into a junior developer position and made his way up the corporate ladder. He moved from junior to senior developer, and eventually ended up in a project management position.

He never says no to a challenge and has shifted between being a development manager, general manager (IT), and SCRUM master a number of years ago, eventually ending up in an IT management role. He never stopped developing web-based applications using various technologies and frameworks – always curious to learn new ways of better solving business problems from a technical point of view. He continued to pursue his vision of moving into a leadership role and has now founded numerous business ventures.

He believes he cannot predict the future but has always strived to be the best at what he does, and to share the experience he has gained over the years with others.
