This is where we journey with you and endeavor to understand what matters to your business and brand. Our aim will be to work closely alongside your business (on-site and off-site) for 3 months, to understand what challenges you are facing and how to find solutions to address those challenges from a digital marketing perspective.
We will initiate ongoing discussions to glean key information in the form of questionnaires, reviews, audits and customer surveys to identify marketing areas that need to be improved and provide recommendations on how to improve those areas with a full digital marketing plan (market research, strategy, content planning and design mock-ups) at the end of the 3 month period.

In order to market we need to agree on the channels best suited to the target persona. Where do they frequent, what time are they there and how often can we talk to them.
6. TACTICS
This process can involve the tools, process and also the creative ways in which we can reach our goal. We will produce a tangible document to map the way forward.
7. MEASURE & OPTIMISE
Once we have launched our plan we kick into our state of optimization and tweak our plans to ensure we are reaching our goals.
