Problem

Nlighten was struggling to increase their registrations for their Customer Experience Management workshops in Cape Town and Johannesburg due to lack of promotion and awareness with their target audience.

Solution

We created targeted campaigns using Facebook, Google Ads and LinkedIn for reaching Marketing Directors, MD’s, owners of SME’s, Enterprise Development Managers, Customer Service Managers, Client Liaison Specialists, and Brand Managers. The granular targeting capabilities afforded by these platforms allowed us to segment campaign audience levels and measure performance to see which platforms were generating the most inquiries and the CPA’s delivered. Budgets were then shifted to the platform where the best ROI was generated.
